apple service replace the fusion drive. i had restore from my time capsule . everything got back but Microsoft for mac 2011 is not all in also need the CD key. I wonder why?
It is normal to have to reactivate Office after a new drive is installed, if you have forgotten it then contact Microsoft, no-one else can supply the key.

There is no way for customers to decode and recover the Office 2011 key. If you bought it online via the Microsoft website then you should be able to login and get the code again. If you bought it as a boxed purchase then it should have a card in the box with the code.
i have to remove microsoft for mac 2011 then reinstall and solved.
