I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact sources of the videos in question. If you are talking about purchased videos, you may be able to redownload them as outlined in the following article:

On the other hand, if you are talking about videos that you shot yourself on your iPhone, they should transfer over with the pictures, as noted here:
