"fsavd" process taking up lots of CPU

Have an early 2014 MBA with 8GB RAM running Yosemite 10.10.3. Has been giving pinwheel of death frequently, especially when browsing the internet. Looked at activity monitor and see several processes called "fsavd" which are taking up nearly all of the processor load. Are they safe to stop? Any other thoughts?

Thanks!

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Remove the F-Secure product. Back up all data before making any changes.
