Yes..I have that. The content are emojis..they will not print or save or email as .pdf or any other file.

In the preview pane..the text and emojis are in disarray and do not print at all. Page is blank. If I email the .rtf document, containing both text and emojis, the recipient will receive one letter per page or else...just square boxes unable to recognize the emoji symbols. Frustrating.

I have purchased converter apps. I have been on many sites (e.g., convert files.com and others). After uploading the .rtf document the result is always the same...square boxes with no content. Frustrated.

I have attempted to email the .rtf document to myself on my own Mac with same result. I am unable to edit or manipulate or change any text/emojis in original .rtf document after creation of document.

If the documents render properly on the screen in TextEdit, but they appear to be corrupted in the print preview pane, then they won't print properly. Attempting to save as a PDF will fail also. All of those symptoms points to an essentially unreadable rich text format document. In that document's present state, you won't be able to do anything with it.

Is the document publicly available to download so that I can determine if it's worth salvaging? If so post its URL.
