You have a memory problem

First I would remove both memory sticks and clean inspect the contact in both the slot and the sticks. Clean as necessary

If still problem remove one stick and try again. If still problem insert first stick and remove second stick.

If it works then move stick to other slot to see if it is a slot problem.
