Usage is - hopefully! - self-explanatory:

You can switchOn/Off two rulers, you can make'em thick or thin; and with the OnScreenControl you can move it across the frame to give you some orientation....

The other OSC can be moved up/down, which rotates the frame to some degree (no fix for Vertical Video Syndrome!). While doing so, the frame gets some zoom - to avoid 'dark corners'...
