Q: Shipping Info for the UK?

i take it you pre-ordered on the 10th? Where are you in the UK btw? I'm in Scotland, which may or may not be relevant, but Im interested to know if location has any bearing at all on shipping dates.
so are you enjoying your new toy?
P.S. In my opening post I meant to say that most of the shipping info on the main thread are in THE USA and not in the UK. Oops

I'm in Milton Keynes - I don't expect being in Scotland makes a difference <insert various tired old jokes about independence here >

I'm enjoying it - among other things, it's making me rethink how I deal with notifications. I look at my phone much less and I've reduced notifications to the ones I really care about - mail and messages from people that matter, appointments, one or two others

May 1, 2015 7:26 AMby Ghostgirll,Thanks for the detail, Nick, I couldn't get up to my nearest Apple Shop before the 24th due to work restraints and I didn't want to order just from web photos, I wanted hands-on with the watches. It's nearly 100 miles to my nearest Apple shop btw. I know, horrible!! Lol
Anyway I'd appreciate it if others in the UK could keep us updated of order despatch dates along with their choice of model etc, as well as the date that they ordered (or pre-ordered).

I'd really like some responses from folks in the UK regarding their' order, pre-order, processing and shipping details, and also whether or not many UK customers have already received their Watches.

I was sent a email last Monday (27th April) saying it would ship in the next 3-5 weeks and delivery would be between 20th May and 2nd June. They sent another email last Wednesday morning (29th April) to say it had shipped and would be delivered the next day! Got it last Thursday.
I ordered Space Grey 38mm with black sports strap.
I'm in Bristol.

You must be ffeeling very lucky right now, I'm genuinely happy for you and thanks for the info, it's quite uplifting to hear that some UK folks are receiving their Watches ahead of schedule. I'm really hoping that mine will arrive in time for my birthday on the 31st of May.

May 2, 2015 12:09 PMby Prowlus,The trick is when ordering an apple device (with the exception of maybe the ipad) is to order it seconds after the preorders go live so that you are guaranteed to receive it quickly and not end up waiting yonks for it .
My 42mm steel watch with white sports band was ordered on the 10th at around 8:04am and it arrived promptly at about 12:00pm after 2 weeks
BTW what do you mean by "blue milanese loop"?

May 2, 2015 12:24 PMby Ghostgirll,TThat's just what my order confirmation called the model, it says Blue LEATHER Loop on the website but my order confirmation says MILANESE LOOP for some reason. The photo is the same on both website and email confirmation tho, it's this one:
I Live 100 miles from the nearest Apple shop in Glasgow Nd couldn't get up there to choose my model before the 24th, but didn't want to make my decision purely on the strength of web photos, so I couldn't order on the 10th.
btw where in the UK ree you Prowlus?
