Q: Shipping Info for the UK?

HI all,

As most of the responses on the main "Shipping" thread appear to be from folks in the UK I thought it might be useful to have a separate one for those of us in the UK.   I only ordered my SS 42mm Blue Milanese Loop on Launch Day (24th) so I'm still Processing, and not really expecting a delivery for some time yet (my estimate is "June"), but I wondered how deliveries/shipping was going for others over here...  Anyone from the UK actually received theirs yeT for example?

    Still no change on mine and it's been over 24 hrs at PFD!!

    Mines being delivered by UPS, not UKMail. Not sure if this is  a good thing?

    UPS here as well.... By the looks of UK Mail I wouldn't trust them with my watch, just look at the reviews haha!

    You guys are making me smile, how impatient you're all getting now that you've seen some movement in your order's status!   Course I cant  say I blame you one little bit ...even tho really I'm jealous as all get out

    I am using Borderlinx.com as a freight forwarder. I ordered the 42SSMilanese on 10/4 about three hours after the UK store opened.(originally ordered a 38mm by mistake five minutes after it opened, and took me a couple of hours to realize my mistake)

    On the same day Apple cancelled the order since they wouldn't allow freight forwarding services. This meant my Paypal-payment got suspended as well.

    The next day the order was reinstated, and calling Apple they said everything looked fine.

    Two days ago I got a notice that I had to authorize my Paypal-payment, which I couldn´t since Apple had originally cancelled it. A phone call later I managed to switch payment method, and finally it was paid.

    Waiting is a pain in the backside, but waiting without knowing if you are even allowed to purchase it is worse, way worse.

     

    Happy now as it has been shipped, and will reach Borderlinx tomorrow. I hope to have it here in Sweden next week.

    Good grief, you've really gone through the mill to get your watch then!   Well I'm glad you made it through the red tape in the end.  Well done you for persevering!

    guys mine has been changed to dispatched!! Coming tomorrow by UPS!

    42mm Space Grey Sport BSB ordered 8:06 10th April!

    been a long wait but finally I'm going to have it in my hand!! No more unboxing videos on YouTube!! Yay!
