Q: Shipping Info for the UK?

HI all,

As most of the responses on the main "Shipping" thread appear to be from folks in the UK I thought it might be useful to have a separate one for those of us in the UK.   I only ordered my SS 42mm Blue Milanese Loop on Launch Day (24th) so I'm still Processing, and not really expecting a delivery for some time yet (my estimate is "June"), but I wondered how deliveries/shipping was going for others over here...  Anyone from the UK actually received theirs yeT for example?

    No movement. Mine is still 17th - 24th June. I am hearing of people getting some models (Not ours unfortunately) up until a week before.

     

    I dont mind waiting though if its a result of this faulty taptic engine batch.

    I ordered my Apple watch on 16th April 2015 in the Apple Store in Edinburgh. Recently, I noticed that my order delivery status had changed from June to a slot between 22nd and 29th June. That's over two months!!! I am thinking about cancelling my order and getting it quicker when they arrive in the stores.......

    Yeah,  I know how you feel, Trooper, I bought mine from the Apple Store in Glasgow, and as we were going through the order process on the computer the sales assistant told me to expect around a 6 week wait for the watch.   ...Fine, I thought... I can wait 6 weeks, it just means that my watch should arrive around my birthday on the 31st of May ...which will be nice!

     

    So I checked my order status when I got back home from the Apple Store - which btw for me was a 200 mile round trip! - and what I got was an estimate of "June", that, on Monday last week then changed to 22nd to 29th of June.

     

     

    So.... unless things move forward radically in the next week or so, then it's now it's looking more like 9 weeks and my b/day will be long gone.

    Mine is showing June 26/2 July it has changed 2 times over this week am in the UK space grey bb 42mm am waiting only 5 weeks to go but I want it now

    HI Sarah!    When did you order your watch?   When you say that it's changed twice I take it you mean the despatch date has moved forward?   What was your initial despatch estimate?

    I ordered on 25th April was late June July as I was picking it up from a shop so I changed the order on the 1st May and go it sent to my address which at first it was June 25 / 9th July then on Thursday went to 26 June 2 July

    So you initially ordered a day after me - 24th April - and my estimate was initially just stated as "June", then last week it changed to 22/29 June.  

     

    Your date hasn't changed that much tho, still looking like end of June.   I know it feels like ages, but our watches will come eventually

    I Will do just hope they don't put it in store before we get them only 4 weeks wait we can do it at least it's being made in Japan

    IF they get them in store before we get ours I will expect some sort of compensation. We have patiently been waiting for weeks now

    I Contacted support about the availability of Apple Watch in stores for June and they told me that it wasn't confirmed. Considering it was Tim Cook who said the watches would be available I would say it counts as confirmed.   Hopefully our delivery dates will keep getting bumped forwards.
