Censored version of songs

I was listening to a song where certain adult lyrics were "blanked" out. According to the Parental preferences in iTunes 12.1.2.27 (under Yosemite 10.10.3), I never chose to restrict content from the store with explicit content (see image). This doesn't seem to apply to iTunes Match. How do I get the uncensored version of songs as, at 31 years old, I'm fairly certain I hear worse in my day-to-day life than the contents of most of these lyrics!
