The attached window randomly appears on my desk top. Clicking on "Cancel" or "Continue"

has no response. I can not move the window, it is frozen in the center of my screen. The computer

operates normally but I cannot remove the window. If I restart, the window is gone but re-appears

shortly after restart.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Do you have Safari open when this appears? If so, Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. Then try Safari/History/Show History and delete all history items. Quit/reopen Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History and Web Site Data. The down side is it clears all cookies.Doing this may cause some sites to no longer recognize your computer as one that has visited the web site.

Something may be in your Startup Items that is causing it to try and open the site. There was another topic like this just a week or so ago. I would guess the site was shut down for being fraudulent. Trying to visit that page shows it no longer exists:

In a similar topic, Linc Davis mentioned it may be being prompted by adware. Open Safari's preferences and go to the Extensions folder. Disable all you have listed (especially those you don't recognize). Restart your Mac. If the popup is gone, then one of the extensions was propagating it. Turn them on one at a time and test. If the popup returns, you'll know which one is the culprit. Disable it again and then uninstall that extension.
