iBook Author with link to a location on Plans

From iBook Author I need to link to a location (map or satellite) from Plans App.

How do I do that?

If not possible could I instead screen capture the location on my iMac then include that image in iBook Author? What about the right to use these plans and satellite images in a "commercial" context?
