After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to unpair with one iPhone and pair with another. I would recommend that you read these articles, when you unpair the device it will create a backup but will erase all content and settings on the watch.

Just one quick question: Will it be troublesome to pair and unpair one watch and the other for like 10 times a day? My planning is pairing with my working during work and change to pairing personal phone after work, do I have to set up everything again everytime?
