HI! After two weeks of using my brand new iphone 6 plus the telephone went off and it is impossible to turn it on again. It is dead. Will I get a nee one or will I be asked to send it to repair?

Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
You will not lose data by resetting.
Is it still charging? If yes, let it charge for at least 10min, then connect in recovery mode, explained in this article:
