FINDER IS MISSING
First my toolbar was messed up, and I got help to fix that, feeling 🙂.
Now FINDER is missing!
What do I do?

When you say toolbar, do you mean the top bar with the Apple in the left end, or a Finder Window that has a grey toolbar across the top of the window. Perhaps you mean the Dock. Please clarify.
If you click on the Desktop do you see the Finder in the Menu bar by the Apple?
