how can i retrieve my restrictions passcodes on my 3 apple devices without have to restore them to the factory settings?

I have 3 apple devices an IPad Air/ iPhone5 and iphone4s they all currently running the IOS 8.3 and my question is:

How can I retrieve the restrictions passcodes in all of them without have to restore them all back to the factory settings ?

I have all the backups in my Icloud , but if I do that they all will come back to the same settings I have now which includes the same passcodes I don't remember. I had all my passwords and passcodes saved before, but I cant find them.
