How do I fix the error message: 403 Forbidden Error?

Im using OSx version 10.9.5

I'm tring to get into a Dr.'s web page. I keep getting the message: 403 Forbidden Error.

I don't know how to fix this.

You might need to log in before you have access to a site's contents.
