i have imovie 10.0.8. Can I get iMovie 11?
I have iMovie 10.0.8 and would like to upgrade to iMovie'11. How can I make this change?

That would be a downgrade; the 11 refers to 2011 and not the product's version. iMovie '11 is version 9.
If it matters, you'd need to buy an iLife 11 DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay.
