Rebuilding iPhoto Library
My iPhoto library was damaged, but I was able to pull out all the package contents except for the bad files. How do I turn the package contents back into an iPhoto Library file?

You can not
You need to restore your backup from before the damage occurred or start of with a new library importing the original photos form the Masters folder
You can try using the free trial of iPhoto library Manager to rebuild your library - it might be able to do that
