macbook air black screen
My 2014 macbook air got really hot and now when I turn on the power, all I get is a blackish grey screen

Found the solution thanks to these folks at http://osxdaily.com/2014/11/22/fix-macbook-pro-booting-black-screen/
- Reboot the Mac and as soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the Command+Option+P+R keys together
- When you hear the boot sound again, the PRAM has been reset so let the Mac boot again as usual
