Why won't my iPhone sync over wifi?

Why won't my iPhone sync over wifi? My wife and I both have iPhone 6 that came with iOS 8.2. Hers will sync over wifi while mine won't although both are set to. I have turned the option on and off repeatedly.

YYes, that's how I turn the sync over wifi function on and off again
