Question

com.apple.imagecapturecore error 9937

Got this error message when trying to import pictures from my Canon Powershot A400 onto my iMac, OS X Yosemite v 10.10.3, Using Photos version 1.0.

Any suggestions?

I just got this error message after updating my MacBookPro to OS X 10.11.3 and subsequently updating my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.2.1. Several videos and burst photos don't want to import to Photo, and I get the com.apple.imagecapture error 9937 message.

Thank God I have Dropbox, as that software backed up the pictures without a hitch.

What's up Apple??

I had similar when importing from my iphone this way to a timecapsule.

I restarted the phone and restarted image capture - i also closed itunes.
