After resetting my iPhone due to the constant bugs in iOS 8, my Apple Watch no longer picks up my iPhone. I am unable to re-pair it through the app.
How to i re-pair it without losing all my data?

Do you mean restore? A reset wouldn't affect any data or settings on your phone.
If I read the manual correctly, you will have to restore the Watch.
