I definitely have enough storage.
Just made some progress! Deleted old backup, turned backup off and on again, then started re-adding things (Reminders, Safari, etc.) one by one back onto iCloud. It's just photo stream which now won't work. Cheers for your help JimHdk - any suggestions now?
My iCloud has failed to backup for five weeks, and even when I remove the number of things to backup, it still fails at the very end of the loading bar
