MACBOOK PRO 2010 13' CAN ONLY BOOT FROM EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE , A blinking folder appears who i try to boot from internal hard drive
the machine does not recognize the internal hard drive.

That means the system files on the internal are corrupted. Restart the MBP and hold the Command and R keys. From the Utilities drop down select Install Mac OS X to reinstall the operating system.
can not reinstall the operating system because it does not recognized the hard drive ., i booted the same hard drive from an external usb cable and it booted the system fine , i also exchange the internal with another hard drive and again it did not recognized the hard drive, both hard drives booted up fine externally.
i feel as though it is the internal hard drive internal .
maybe its the internal hard drive cable?
i went to utilities to repair the hard drive or even tried to reinstall but the hard drive don't exist .
All that you have done makes it sound like a bad interface cable. Since that is not considered to be a user service item, it would be best to have an Apple technician or Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the cable. You may find one at www.iFixit.com but it will not be an Apple OEM part as Apple does not sell parts to users.
