My desktop photos app has 13,617 photos and 820 videos. I have 200 GB of iCloud storage and my desktop iPhoto library is 140 GB. The iPhoto library has been transferred to iCloud and it says is completed. However, when I go to iCloud.com and view the photos it says I only have 12,076 photos and videos. That's 2361 photos or videos missing from iCloud library. How do I find out why or what isn't there. A backup doesn't do me much good if not everything is transferred. Is there any way to reinitiate a sync to try again to see if something went wrong the first time and it might upload all 14.4K items the next time?
