Q: How to share icloud drive storage plan with my family members?

I have a plan  big enough for me and my family group. It is not about sharing pictures. It is all about sharing space. In such a way, my wife and kids would have full access to the whole thing.

    I have a checkbook app that syncs up with the iCloud but it doesn't do me any good because my wife has a separate Apple ID and we can't share our cloud data.   Is there anyway to have the iCloud share data between family members?

    i'm not trying to get free gigabytes of data storage I just want to share the data move my checkbook app with my wife so that our app stay current on both devices.

    Some people see things different from you as evidenced by several request for this feature.  You are the one that "does not get it".  All kinds of companies share storage with several if not hundreds of employees having full access (critical files a different matter).  A family share would be no different.  Messy to you maybe but desired by many.  If you do not work for Apple in that department, you do not know the things you claim.
