Are you referring to the touchscreen not responding? If so, try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should reboot. If that does not help, then take a look at this support document. If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch - Apple Support

May 2, 2015 12:26 PM in response to Akshattby Ralph Landry1,Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, the release both buttons and let it finish the startup routine. If that does not help, visit an Apple Store Genius Bar for testing.

May 2, 2015 12:44 PM in response to Akshattby Angel_Soldier,Hello Akshatt, my friends iPhone 6 was doing this. So what I did is, if you have headphones remove them, then clean headphones, turn off the device and wait 10 seconds before turning it back on, this worked for me
