how do i recover my pictures and videos
hi my iphone got broken and got binned and i am wondering how to recover the pictures and videos and put them on my laptop

It sounds like you are unable to use the phone because something on it is broken. If it is just the screen you may still be able to import the videos and photos you shot on it to your computer with the following article:
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC
If the phone is completely inoperable then you would have to restore your most recent backup to another iOS device and then import them to your computer from there:
Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device
