iphone 6 jammed and blue screen

hi guys out there, i have a problem here. i just got my 64gb iphone6 back from warranty.

im using ios8.3 and i did a restore to this phone. i have been testing it for 5 days.

day1- after using phone suddenly jammed and stuck at apple logo. ( i did a restore again)

day2- phone suddenly off itself, i did home + power button reset to on it back.

day3- phone auto off itself so i thought something wrong with my backup, so i installed fresh ios without restoring.

day4- problem still same. suddenly off when it was on standby.

day5- everything seems ok until i was using safari app. it just "blue screen" and just restarted.

Since i was using a fresh install, do u guys think its a hardware problem or ios?

thinking to downgrade to 8.2 to see if problem still exist.

First, you cannot downgrade the iOS, Apple has never supported downgrading an iOS once upgraded.

Second, the problems do not sound like iOS issues but a hardware problem. Why was it in for warranty service? It would be best at this point to return it for further service.

somehow i managed to downgrade to ios8,2. which there is some tutorial online. but sadly my backup file is ios8.3 so i cant do much.

doing a fresh install of ios8.3 now again.

yes it is under warranty! but this would be the second time im sending it over.

1st phone was hardware issue also and they exchange a unit. now this issue again ! sick !

To downgrade, you had to hack the phone which may have voided your warranty.

Jailbroken? That would explain all your issues. Jailbreaking can cause permanent firmware damage that can't be fixed by restoring.

The big question at this point, exactly how did you downgrade as that does not have an Apple supported path - as mod says, a hack of the iOS voids all support from Apple. And those hacks cannot be hidden from the Apple techs as they always leave tell-tale evidence behind.

i just downloaded ios8.2, went into itunes, press shift + restore and selected the 8.2 firmware and restored. no hack whatsoever.

i think is because apple hvnt close the verification for ios8.2 ?

correct me if im wrong.

That is a surprise as the 8.2 file should have been removed from Apple's servers.

It still sounds like you have hardware problems and need to get the iPhone back to Apple so they can check it out.
