Q: After updating IOS 8.3 I have lost my bookmarks. How do I get them back?

After updating my iPad to IOS 8.3, I have lost all my bookmarks. How can I retrieve them?

my iPad is an MD513LL/A, Lightning, white - not sure what else I can tell you.
