Can someone tell me how to uninstall apps from my iPod touch please?

Touch and hold an app until all of the apps start to wiggle, then tap the x in the upper left corner of the one(s) you want to delete. Press the home button when finished to stop the wiggling. If the app in question does't have the x in the upper left corner that means it is one of the included non-deletable apps (e.g., Clock, Messages, Settings, etc).

Also, a Restrictions (Settings>General>Restrictions) can be set that prevent deleting any apps.
