Rental movie

I have just rented a movie. But it says "cannot play movie because it is authorised to play on another device". What to do?

I understand that you are unable to play a recently rented movie. Most likely the movie has expired off the device since your post, so I would recommend reporting a problem with the purchase as outlined in the article below. Once done, you can download the movie on the correct device.


Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store
