I can not upgrade to yosemity

Hello community I have problem with my OS X upgrade.

At the moment I'm using OS X ver. 10.7.5. I downloaded Yosemity however program upgrade stopped with unknown error message.

Is there anyway I can upgrade any version 10.8 ?

Please help me~!!!

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Hi there Brendan Choi,


It sounds like you downloaded the Mac OS X 10.10 upgrade from the Mac App Store but it failed during the installation process. I would start by deleting the update file in your Applications folder, then boot into Safe Mode:


Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up


Once you log into Safe Mode, restart the computer and try updating again.
