5s iOS8.3 storage full, deletes, refills

Iphone 5s

just updated to iOS 8.3 (build 12F70)

I've been riding the limit of storage on my 16GB phone, and the phone auto deletes some music to make room every so often. Not happy but i can deal.

Now after update it does it alot. Woke up to 1GB free. Drive to work, i get warning of almost full, down to 45MB. Refresh screen, back to 1GB full.

Just past lunch now, same thing. down to 45MB, then back to 1GB.

All i'm doing all day is normal. A handful of emails, iMessages. light web surfing. On the way to work only thing on was bluetooth streaming music. No crazy data using from cell carrier either this whole time.
