You need to log into iTunes on the computer you want to deauthorise. Otherwise, contact iTunes Store support to see if they can help.
I only had one other computer authorised and i de-authorised it when i got my new Macbook Air??

You are asking (your question mark suggests this) us if you deauthorized it? We don't know, you do. If you did then it is deauthorized. If you didn't (and never have done for all your past computers either) then it isn't and is taking up one of your 5 authorizations.
If you no longer have the computer you cannot deauthorize it specifically, you can only deauthorize all computers and re-authorize the ones you have.
You can only do this once a year.
