"Hard disk big issue"

Try using a name with fewer characters, or with no punctuation marks. I am getting this error when i am changing the name of my hard disk, when i open disk utility to change the name, it says....

Mount Failed

The disk “\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ \\\\\” could not be mounted.

Try running First Aid on the disk and then retry mounting.

Here are the details

Mount Point : Not mounted

Capacity : 120.1 GB (120,101,797,888 Bytes)

Format : Logical Partition

Number of Files : -

when i verify this volume

it shows "Verify volume failed; disk object invalid or unable to serialise"
