Large mount of refund after 90 days
Hi guys,
Last year (2014), I spent a lot of money playing a mobile game. Earlier this year, the game made a change to its login method and now I can't log in to my account anymore. I contacted the game developers and they told me that I need to register for a Taiwan App Store account to log in to my old account. However, to register for a Taiwan account, I need a local address and a payment method, both of which I don't have.
I contacted Apple but my refund request was rejected. Has anyone had a similar situation before? If so, how did you resolve it?
