Apple apps won't launch after update to Yosemite

Hi all,

I'm unable to launch and Apple apps (app store, email etc) after update from Lion to Yosemite. I've got a crash report but don't seem able to post it here for some reason. Any ideas?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

When I try to post the crash report the 'Post' button just goes grey and nothing else happens
