Add a new device to family sharing

Congratulations on getting a new iPod touch for your son, I hope it brings him many years of enjoyment.

One nice thing about Family Sharing is that once a family member joins, everything is set up on their devices automatically. All your son needs to do is make sure he has his Apple ID - the same one used to join Family Sharing - set up on the iPod. See this article for more information -
