iCloud photo beta corrupted most of my videos and pictures

When iCloud photo beta came out I started uploading all my camera roll. I never had good signal and was on and off wifi constantly. My videos stayed on a loop uploading. I am still waiting for them to upload so I can have them. I only have the thumbnails on my phone and when I try to play them I can't. Someone out there has solutions please?
