iOS Reminders

I sync Tasks on my Exchange Server with Reminders on iOS (updated to 8.3). All recurring items set up on my iPhone are not shown in my iPad at the time I have set but 5.30am (Indian Standard Time is GMT + 5 1/2 hours). A one time reminder displays perfectly. Recently, when I travelled to Turkey, recurring reminders set up on my iPhone were shown on my iPad at GMT + 3 hours which is the Turkish time zone. Is it an Exchange Server issue or an iOS bug ?
