iMessages are not delivered to me after my iPhone has been in airplane mode

Hi,

I am using an iPhone 5S with iOS 8.3 and I have a problem with iMessage. I am using several iMessage groups. In the night my iPhone is in airplane mode. After turning it on, messages to these groups are not delivered to my iPhone. On my Mac (Yosemite 10.10.3) I can see that there have been messages in the group during the night but they just miss on my phone. This happened several times in the last days.

It didn't help to restart the phone or turn off iMessage and turn it on again. The only solution I currently see is to use Do not Disturb instead of the airplane mode.

Does anybody see a solution for my problem? Thank you for your help!
