I want to free up storage on my iPhone 5c but I don't want to delete anything can anyone help😕😕😕 please

basically I like all the apps I use on my phone but I like taking photos half the time because I'm doing photography for my gcse and the focus and filters are really good for it. But most of the time my storage is filled up and I can't take the photos I need. I can't upload anything because I don't have a computer/laptop, any one Got a solution please

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3, My iPhone max storage is 8gb
