Accessing FileVault partition in Windows 7 via Boot Camp

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro run Yosemite 10.10.3 with FileVault enabled. My question is how can I access the partition in Boot Camp (Windows 7 64bit)? Right now Windows doesn't seem to show my Macintosh partition like before it was encrypted.
