Hi Without the Owners Apple id the iPhone is useless Unless you can find this out get your money back When some one sell a iPhone / ipad they should remove it from There Account many people don't do this so the iPhone / iPad Cannot be used. This is Apple activation lock to stop lost or stolen iPhone / iPad s Being used. Apple will not help you. Cheers Brian
