Switching iPhone from Mac to Windows

I upgraded my wife's iPhone 4S to a 5S. She recently acquired a new computer to replace her old Mac desktop, a Dell Inspiron laptop. Obviously, her old phone was set up for Mac, but is there a way to switch to Windows for the new phone without losing all data from the old one?
