I can't purchase a TV series, but apple took $1 out of my bank account twice!?

I Tried to purchase a season of a TV show, Apple TV told me to confirm payment details on my computer. I did that. Then I hit the complete button, entered my MasterCard pin as requested. Nothing has downloaded, however $1 has been taken out of my account on two seperate occasions. Which is strange because the series was $29.99.
