Can't transfer ringtones to new iPhone

I have just received a new iPhone6+ and I have been trying to transfer my old ringtones that I bought from iTunes on my old iPhone5 to my new iPhone which is refusing to work properly. When I check iTunes Store on my new phone after restoring backup from my old phone it doesn't show most of my music purchases and none of my ringtones are there. I am sure that I have logged in with my correct Apple ID and it shows my purchases on my old phone with the same ID.
