iphone 4s boot loop problem after updating ios8.3

I updated my iphone 4s to ios 8.3 in Wi-fi. but at the end of installation my phone got struck up in recovery mode. so i had to restore and update in itunes losing all my data. It worked well for one day. And after that i cant turn on my phone. just the logo comes and dissappears in loop. I cant put the phone in recovery mode also. please someone help me getting out of it.
